Initial Consultation
An initial consultation consists of an evaluation of your company’s operational and administrative procedures. During the evaluation process, we will discuss your current challenges and goals. After a review of the evaluation, clients receive recommendations of services that will best aid in achieving goals.
Provider Support
(Child Caring Institutions/Child Placing Agencies Only)
RBWO Provider Application
– Complete application on behalf of company, assist with gathering all needed documents to accompany application package, put together binders with table of contents to submit information, and deliver application packages to state offices (DJJ and/or DFCS) or send via USPS utilizing a return receipt/delivery confirmation method with signature.
Zoning/Licensing
– Complete letter and application package for zoning/licensing office.
ORCC Application
– Complete application, compile documents requested from client and assist with the development of other documents needed, and deliver package to ORCC via USPS utilizing a return receipt/delivery confirmation method with signature.
Program Development
– Program development will assist your company with answering the following key questions: What are the agency’s or organization’s capabilities and limitations? What resources and expertise are available for planning and staff training, and how can existing resources be redirected at little or no cost?
– Development and/or update of policies and procedures according to RBWO and ORCC Standards.
– Facility inspection to ensure compliance with ORCC Standards to include food and meds.
– File audit/inspection to ensure compliance with ORCC Standards. This also includes setup and filing system.
Utilization Review Assistance
– Provide assistance with typing your guide, input of information, and staff preparation for utilization review.
Program Forms
– Provide program forms that will meet compliance with State Standards. Also, assistance with modifying current program forms.
Technical Support
Assist your company with answering questions in regards to ORCC, DFCS/DJJ policies and procedures, resident file and facility compliance, zoning/licensing, fire inspections, and/or any other questions that you may have.
